Цель исследования — оценить результаты внедрения в рутинную практику протоколов ускоренного выздоровления пациентов при расширенно-комбинированных операциях на органах малого таза.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Изучены результаты обследования и лечения пациентов с различными онкологическими диагнозами, которым была выполнена расширенно-комбинированная операция на органах малого таза в плановом порядке в ГКОБ № 1 г. Москвы в 2018–2020 гг. с применением принятого в отделении протокола ускоренного выздоровления.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. Согласно полученным данным, местнораспространенный характер имелся в 37 случаях (75,5 %). В остальных 12 случаях (24,5 %) выполнялась резекция другого органа по поводу метастатического поражения. Радикального характера операции удалось добиться в 41 случае (83,7 %). В остальных 8 случаях (16,3 %) операция носила симптоматический характер из-за выявленного осложнения течения заболевания (нарушение кишечной проходимости, кровотечение, обструкция мочевых путей, параканкрозный абсцесс, формирование межорганных свищей, болевой синдром). Был проведен анализ послеоперационных осложнений согласно классификации Клавьен — Диндо.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Полученные результаты позволяют говорить о том, что внедрение в практику протоколов ускоренного выздоровления пациентов после расширенно-комбинированных операций на органах малого таза возможно.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The study aimed to evaluate a routine accelerated recovery management in patients with extended combined pelvic surgery.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. We surveyed the records and outcomes in various oncological patients following the accelerated recovery protocol after a routine extended combined pelvic surgery at the Moscow City Oncology Hospital No. 1 during 2018–2020.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. Locally advanced tumours comprised 37 (75.5 %) cases, and the remaining 12 (24.5 %) were nonpelvic resections due to metastasis. Radical surgery was achieved in 41 (83.7 %) cases, while the other 8 (16.3 %) were symptomatic due to the emerged complications of intestinal permeability disruption, bleeding, urinary obstruction, paracancrotic abscess, internal fistulae or pain syndrome. Postoperative complications were evaluated in the Clavien-Dindo classification.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
