Корпоропластика — урологическая операция, сутью которой является устранение искривления полового члена, вызывающего копулятивную дисфункцию или эстетический дискомфорт. Искривление полового члена может быть как врожденным, так и приобретенным (болезнь Пейрони, перелом полового члена). Врожденное искривление полового члена — это относительно редкое состояние, характеризующееся изгибом эрегированного полового члена чаще всего в вентральном и/или латеральном направлении. Во многих исследованиях сообщалось, что пациенты с кривизной 30° и более в конечном счете обращаются за хирургическим лечением. Врожденное искривление полового члена можно ошибочно считать похожим на болезнь Пейрони из-за схожих физических проявлений, но этиология и патофизиология различны. Для коррекции врожденных искривлений чаще используются эксцизионная, инцизионная корпоропластика или пликация по различным методикам и модификациям. Аугментационные техники трансплантации (графтинг), а также фаллопротезирование с различными приемами коррекции девиации обычно используются при болезни Пейрони. Однако невозможно сделать однозначные выводы относительно преимуществ и недостатков тех или иных методов. Целью данной работы является рассмотрение актуальных на сегодня методов корпоропластики, современных тенденций, а также преимуществ и недостатков доступных методов.

Corporoplasty is urological correction surgery for penile deviation that causes copulatory dysfunction or aesthetic discomfort. Penile deviation can be congenital or acquired (Peyronie’s disease, penile fracture). Congenital penile deviation is relatively rare and manifests in the curvature of erect penis ventrally and/or laterally, in most cases. According to many studies, patients with curvatures of 30° or more eventually seek surgical treatment. Congenital curvature may be mistaken for Peyronie’s disease for similar manifestations that, however, differ in aetiology and pathophysiology. Excisional, incisional corporoplasty or plication are commonly engaged to treat congenital curvatures, in various techniques and modifications. Augmentation transplantation (grafting) and penile prosthesis implantation with variant deviation treatment options are the usual practice in Peyronie’s disease. Unequivocal judgment of pros and cons in any particular technique is nevertheless implausible to make. This article aims to review current trends, protocols and their relative advantages in corporoplasty.
