В статье обсуждается рак почки, одно из распространенных злокачественных заболеваний. Рассматриваются исторические и современные методы лечения, включая ингибиторы тирозинкиназы и ингибиторы иммунной контрольной точки. Обсуждаются результаты клинических исследований, оценивающих эффективность комбинаций лекарственной терапии, в том числе комбинаций ингибиторов иммунной контрольной точки с ангиогенезом направленной терапии.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Представлен случай лечения пациентки с метастатическим светлоклеточным раком почки и множественными метастазами в легкие. Диагноз был установлен на основании данных компьютерной томографии и выставлен без верификации. В ходе лечения были использованы различные режимы терапии, включая пазопаниб, ниволумаб и комбинацию ниволумаба с кабозантинибом.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. Результаты контрольных обследований показали стабилизацию заболевания и нормальную переносимость терапии. В конечном итоге пациентка была подвергнута лапароскопической циторедуктивной нефрэктомии. Терапия ниволумабом в комбинации с кабозантинибом продолжается на настоящий момент.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. На сегодня комбинированное применение кабозантиниба и ниволумаба является перспективной стратегией лечения почечно-клеточного рака, в которой кабозантиниб препятствует прогрессированию опухоли. Ниволумаб, в свою очередь, повышает активность иммунной системы и способствует разрушению опухолевых клеток.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The present article discusses renal cancer, one of the common malignant diseases. Historical and modern therapies are considered, including tyrosine kinase inhibitors and immune checkpoint inhibitors. The results of clinical studies evaluating the efficacy of combined drug therapy are discussed, including the combination of immune checkpoint inhibitors with angiogenesis of targeted therapy.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. A case is presented of a patient with metastatic clear cell renal cell carcinoma with multiple lung metastases. The diagnosis was established using computed tomography data and was not verified. Various therapy regimens were used during treatment, including pazopanib, nivolumab, and the combination of nivolumab with cabozantinib.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. Follow-up examinations showed disease stabilization and normal tolerance of therapy. Eventually, the patient underwent laparoscopic cytoreductive nephrectomy. The therapy with nivolumab in combination with cabozantinib is still ongoing.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
