Abstract
The experimental investigation that was carried out on 80 white rats shows that through long term after splenectomy there occurs proliferation of immunecompetent cells in lymphoid tissues of intestines, herewith lymphoid nodules achieve considerable size and they show increased functional activity as a result of reproduction centers appearance. Through long-term after organ saving and organ replacement operations participation of intestinal lymphoid tissue in compensatory process was determined. The last remained not only functionally active but with the increase of proliferate activity.
